What services does Green provide?

We are floral and event designers.  We can help you with the most minuet detail or help you to realize the possibilities of a grand event.  Our on-line store is a sample of some of the goods that we can attain for your event.  Our design services also include providing and/or suggesting furniture, lighting, linens, props, and other items for your event.  This is an exclusive service we offer to our clients.

Are you event coordinators?

We are not event coordinators however we have a list of coordinators that we would gladly recommend.

Do you just do weddings?

No!  Green offers a comprehensive array of distinctive, one of kind floral designs for not only weddings but also for special events, installations, individual arrangements, gifts, corporate accounts and special orders not subject to our minimum charge.

What is the difference of hiring floral designer vs a florist?

A floral designer is not bound to the inventory on hand.  The possibilities are endless and unique.  We frequently go on buying trips always looking for unusual vases, ribbons, details etc to make your event extraordinary.

What is the design process?

We usually begin the process with an initial meeting in which we discuss the color, setting, theme, type of event, services required and budget.  Following the meeting we develop a contract.  After the contract is approved and a deposit received we can create mock centerpieces if included in cost for final design approval.

How do you determine pricing?

A formal proposal is written after an initial consultation.  During the initial meeting, we listen and exchange ideas with our clients, present different floral styles, colors, and themes. It is important to remember that there are several variables which comprises pricing - including seasonality, quantity, size of an event, number of guests, design time, type of flowers, containers, location, and props to name just a few.

What is the best way to budget for flowers?

We recommend that flowers and decorations make up between 10 – 20 percent of your total budget

Does Green have a minimum per event?

$3500 for an event. No minimum for gifts or special orders

Can I order an arrangement on the website?

We do offer seasonally bouquets and can accommodate individual requests.

What do I need to do to secure your services for my wedding day?

A 40% deposit will secure the day for you.

How should I prepare for our first consultation?

Bring images from magazines, Internet sites, and the like to get an idea of the style that interests you.  providing pictures will help give us a better idea of the style you are looking for.
