Terms of Use

A non-refundable deposit payment of 40% of the total floral and service order is due at final consultation. Balance payment will be due 3 weeks prior to event.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made up to 2 weeks prior to event however the deposit is nonrefundable.  Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event will not be refunded. 

Damages

Items returned in a condition that does not allow further use are subject to total payment cost of item. “If you break it, you buy it.” Conditions that will not allow the item to be used again include holes, cracked dinnerware, mildew, burn marks, permanent stains, and wax damage.

Reservations

Our services are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and a 40% deposit.

Methods of Payment

Currently we can only accept payments made by check, cash, or money order. 40% of the total order is due at time of reservation. The balance will be due three weeks prior to the event or order will be cancelled and customer will forfeit the 40% deposit.

Sales Tax

Because Green is based in Honolulu, Hawaii, customers from Hawaii wishing to place an order to be delivered within the state are charged the state general excise sales tax, currently 4.167%.

Order Tracking

After you have placed your order with us, we will provide you with an order number to track your order on our website. In addition, we will send you email updates on the status of your order and, if applicable, a tracking number that you may use on UPS's website to track your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us directly at info@greenhonolulu.com, fax us at (808) 591.9232 or call us at (808) 394.1557 between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm (PST + 3 hrs) Monday through Friday to speak with a customer service representative.

Shipping and Delivery

Home Accessories

In order to provide our customers with the best shipping rates, we ship exclusively with UPS Ground as well as United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
Mail orders usually leave our warehouse within 2 to3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), with delivery to the customer's home within 10 - 14 business days from the date that the order was received.

Rush shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis and sent UPS 2nd Day Air. It has been our experience that expedited shipping is very costly to the customer; our shipping coordinator will work directly with the customer to determine pricing and shipping vendor upon customer request.

* Any dishware shipment will be charged an additional charge per $100 spent for handling and extra weight. When purchasing the dishes, please be aware that the following charges will apply in addition to the regular shipping charges:

International Shipping

On a quote basis we can ship internationally.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept any returns or exchanges on within 14 days with receipt. To return the items to Green Honolulu, please mail the package with the original invoice to:

Note: Green Honolulu is not responsible for initial shipping charges, shipping charges for returns or lost or merchandise damaged during return shipment.

If original receipt or invoice is not available, please send a letter with the returned merchandise with the following information:

Reason for Return

Returns are processed upon their arrival at our warehouse, however most refunds appear on your credit card statement within one to two billing cycles. Refunds will be credited back to the same card used with the initial purchase.

Damaged Items

If an item was damaged during shipment, we will gladly replace the item. First, please contact us at (808) 537-3705 or send us an email at info@greenhonolulu.com to receive a return authorization number. Next, ship the item back to us in its original wrapping. We will gladly refund the shipping costs.

Sales Tax

Because Green Honolulu is based in Honolulu, Hawaii, customers from Hawaii wishing to place an order to be delivered within the state are charged the state general excise sales tax, currently 4.167%.

Web store orders going to all other states are not currently charged sales tax.
